Opened in 1880, the Continental Hotel has been a central Saigon landmark for almost a century and a quarter. The Continental has undergone sympathetic yet thorough restoration in recent years and the hotel now boasts some of the most elegant rooms and public spaces in the city, which quality of four star hotels. ¤ All 83 rooms and suites are equipped with IDD phone, Satellite TV, Air conditioner, Fire alarm system, Electric water heater bathtub, mini-bar, hair dryer, bathrobe, toilet kit, slippers.
¤ The 27 Standard rooms are about 34 square meters with in garden views (Municipal theatre). The 41 Superior rooms are 40 square meters and come with VCR and a view of Dong Khoi Street.
¤ The 11 Deluxe rooms are each 53 square meters and come with a balcony with view of the street, in-room safe, VCR and fax machine. The 4 Suite rooms are 74 square meters with balcony and have the same amenities as the Deluxe rooms.
